How do I place an order?

Simply select the items you wish to purchase. Next, you will be asked to enter your payment details, shipping information and shipping method. When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. Once the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number so that you may know your items are on their way to you.

 

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" or "By Order" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order and made the payment. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email us directly to place an order. These made to order items are subject to different delivery times than available stock. You can always contact us at [email protected].

 

What if I don't want to sign up for an account but still buy online?

That’s fine, you can complete any purchase as a guest without having to sign up for an account. Simply click on check out and fill in your information

Can I return an item that does not fit?

If you receive an item and the size does not fit as you would like, we can exchange it for a different size provided the item exists in stock.
If you receive an item and you wish to return it, we can accept returns for unworn items within 7 days from the date you receive your package.

What if I forget my password information?

If you forget your password, simply click on the “Forgot your password?” link on the Sign In page and fill out the short form. You will receive an email telling you how to retrieve your password.

 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard for all orders. We also accept cash on delivery (COD) for all our customers in UAE. Cash on delivery will have a small fee of AED20.

 

How do you get charged for Customs & Import Duties?

All customs and/or import duties will be charged once the shipment arrives at its destination. We do not have any control over what these charges may be, and cannot predict what the charges are for each country.  Any customs and/or import duty shall be borne by the customer, i.e the recipient of the shipment. The customs invoice shall be provided to you by the shipping company once your goods are delivered.

 

 

How do I know my information is secure?

At zahrart.com, customer information is not shared with any third parties. We will only use your information to process your orders. For further information regarding security and privacy, please visit the Privacy Policy section.

 

How will I know if my order has been received by zahrart.com? 

You will receive an e-mail informing you that we have received your order.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Local
All orders within UAE are shipped via Aramex free of charge for orders above AED150. Orders are generally dispatched the following business day, and will typically be delivered on the same day of the dispatch.

 

International
All International orders are sent using Aramex. Delivery will take from 3-7 business days depending on the country and local customs procedure.

 

 

How can I track my order?

Local & International orders may be tracked using Air Waybill number which will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order.
