We grant you limited access to the website for the purpose of either setting your own account or purchasing products as a guest. If you choose to set up your own account on the website, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Any modification of and/or addition to such information should be immediately notified to us through the website. Moreover, you should make sure that all the information related to that account, such as the username and the password, remain confidential. You shall not disclose this information to any third party. Any failure to abide by this provision will leave us with no other options but to disable your account without any prior notice. We will do our utmost to ensure that our services will be uninterrupted and that the transmission will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet connection and the internet service, this cannot be guaranteed. Sometimes we may suspend or partially or fully restrict the access to the website for maintenance and updating purposes. 

 

Ordering and Pricing

By placing an order through our website you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and that you are at least 18 years-old. In the event you are less than 18 years-old, you shall be assisted during your purchases on the website by your parent or guardian who shall read the present terms and conditions. However, we reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18.

 

Once an order has been made, the order confirmation supplied by us clearing the credit card payment or cash on delivery does not equate an approval of your order by us. Your order equates an offer made  to purchase the product(s). All orders are subject to approval which will be addressed to you via an e-mail (i.e a dispatch confirmation) once the product(s) has been dispatched. Once said e-mail is sent, the contract between us is formed. 

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the website to our users; however, errors may still occur, in such cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  

In case of any inconsistency in the availability of the product(s), an e-mail will be sent within 24 to 48 hours explaining the failure to comply instead of the dispatch confirmation e-mail that was explained above. Any payment which has been done (if any) will be refunded to the customer in full.

Any technical error or error beyond our control that occurs during the ordering process will automatically entitle us to  treat the order as not binding on us.

The price of goods quoted on the website excludes VAT (Value Added Tax), which will be added and payable by you at the appropriate rate, when applicable. Goods ordered for delivery may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. Import duties and taxes vary from country to country and therefore cannot be determined at the time of purchase. These charges shall exclusively be borne by you upon receipt of the goods.
