Shipment Tracking




We use Aramex or Fedex for all our shipments. The courier company will contact you to arrange the delivery at your convenience. 
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within two to ten business days depending on your location.
Delivery within UAE is free of charge for orders more than AED150.

Custom and Import Duty
All customs and/or import duties except for UAE customers will be charged once the shipment arrives at its destination. We do not have any control over what these charges may be, and cannot predict what the charges are for each country. Any customs and/or import duty shall be borne by the customer, i.e the recipient of the shipment. The customs invoice shall be provided to you by the shipping company once your goods are delivered.


Returns and Exchange
Returns and exchanges can be done within 7 days from receiving your order for all orders EXCEPT earrings for pierced ears (for hygienic purposes). Please ensure that all original tags, labels, and packaging are intact. The procedure is as follows:

1. Send us an e-mail to [email protected] explaining the reason for your return and quoting the following:

a) Purchase description specifying the product name with model, size and colour.
b) Date the item was received by the customer
c) Invoice number (attach copy if possible)
d) Return preference of the customer

2- will acknowledge receipt of such mail and provide you with a return code number which should be quoted while referring to your returns. Thereafter, customers may return the product.

3- Ship your returns to our address with a shipping service of your choice. Shipping expense shall be borne by the customer – unless in case of an error from our side. Remember that the package must reach us within 7 days from the date of receipt of acknowledgement mail providing you with the return code number.

For properly returned items, refund of the original amount paid less any shipping and handling fees shall be obtained by one of the following:

1. Exchange of Product shall welcome the request of its customers to exchange the returned item with a different size or color. However, this shall be subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

2. Refund to Customer
Customers may request to credit all refund monies to their bank account / credit card account. Refunds shall be processed on the card that the original transaction was taken place. Charges applied by the banks (if any) for such transactions shall be borne by the customer.

Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged or returned.

Refund Time
Refund time shall be based on the mode chosen by the customer:

1. Exchange
 Exchange shall be available for 7 days from receipt of returned goods in good condition.

2. Refund
Credit card refund shall be processed from bank to the Card Company within 5 working days after receipt of goods in good condition. has no control over the customer's credit card company policy or the customer's bank policy for time required to credit such monies to the customer's account.
